Welcome. Where are you from? And since you're new, remember to always keep the rubber side down and the shiny side up(in other words, no accidents). If you haven't already get into a Motorcycle Safety class, it's worth it's weight in gold. Here's a link for the web site and don't wait too long to sign up, the fill up quickly. Got the jump on ya. I took the class 2 years ago, I road my buddies Nighthawk pretty much all of last summer, and now I own my own Honda shadow spirit. Oh. I live in Oswego. I've been riding my bike in to work these last few days. I've been trying to clean the bike up and was looking for some advise on how to clean the spokes. I've come across some site that sells polish strips. But I don't want anything that's too abrasive. Any ideas?

Glad to hear you took the MSF. As far the the spokes, I hate em and won't have bike with spoked wheels. How bad are they? If they're rusty, then it will be hard to get totatly clean and if you do manage to get them clean the hardest part will be keeping them clean. There are several products for cleening chrome that consists of impregnated wading that you just tear chucks of the wading out and just work the area over with the wading and then wipe it way with a clean cloth. The one that I use is NeverDull.

Hehe. Sounds like we've met before. I picked up a can of never dull the other day. I did hear of this one product called luster lace polish strips. Looks like strips of cloth submerged in their own polish. The only thing I'm worried about is how abrasive the cloth is I might just stick with what I know. Eagle one. P
