One pipe hotter
The front pipe runs cooler due to the air flow. Most of the time, because the rear cylinder is hotter, the bike will be jetted slightly richer on the rear cylinder.
If this is happening at idle it could be because the hotter cylinder is leaner on the idle fuel mixture.
