What do you all think of these LED spinner lights? I see a lot of them for sale on Ebay, apparently they just plug into the stock bulb socket? Their description:

The BRAKE LIGHT SPINNER uses a high tech miniature programmed circuit that make the led lights SPIN in one direction for four rotations and then reverse and SPIN in the opposite direction for 4 rotations. When you apply your brakes all twelve led lights FLASH rapidly alerting the vehicle behind you that you are slowing down.

Sounds kinda cool, but also sounds kinda busy and obnoxious? Anybody got one? What do you think?
