I noticed too. I can't wait, this will be my first rally since I am a relatively new member. I can't wait to meet you guys. I have met some in Gettysburg on the tour. It will definitely be cool. Hopefully I can hook up with some people to ride down with.

Maybe as it gets closer to the rally we can work on getting a group together. I plan to take two days to get there as its about 500 miles from my house in northern Virginia. I want to go down around the BRP and ride some of the side roads down there. In April I rode down to Floyd, VA in one day without pushing it. From there Brevard is only another 200 miles. One thing we need to consider is that at that time of the year there is only about 12 hours of daylight.

I was also going to take 2 days to get there. I checked mapquest and it is 575 miles down there from my house. I think it said it would take me 9.5 hours...traveling by car that is.

Come down to my place Wednesday night and we can leave early from here Thursday morning.
