yeah I sure wouldnt want to be zipping down that road in the rain lol tony and I did 215 from the brp on friday going to Greenville from Maggie vally it felt like dejavu lol.... but it was beautiful .....tried to talk him into doing a big loop and doing 64 to 28 but he wasnt doing it lol

That was on our right after we passed Hwy 215 on the way to the high point (on our left coming back down). There is a long stretch of cut rock face there -- which you tend not to notice because of the view on the other side.
The day I took that pic I was in the van coming back from a day hike. Yes, we got wet. But I love the mountains in all sorts of weather. Most of us just see them in their fair-weather mood -- there's so much more to see. -Glenn
