I didn't want to hijack "Aced It"'s thread so I made a new one...
I copied a great deal from "Aced-It" and then changed a few things to make it my own. It's still in progress, so I'll update from time to time. (I'm not nearly as quick as Aced is though. "Before" pic... ![]() "After", pic's... ![]() ![]() ![]() The exhaust is electrical conduit drilled to look like machine gun barrels: ![]() ![]() Cheap and sounds awesome! So far I've spent around $200 including the forward controls. Thanks to Aced-It's awesomely delicious thread I didn't have to experiment with different ideas. I love this forum!

Wow, first off I'm completely flattered that I've been recognized as your inspiration! Thanks! Second, I was wondering what the lamps and tank pod would look like blacked out ... looks great! Finally and again, the pipes are bad-a$$; really fine job there young Danielson. I think the peanut gallery is calling for a detailed how-to? Get to it before the madness!

Well first off - no need for a man-hug. But thanks anyway! The pipes are much simpler than they look. I just took the stock 2-into-1 muffler and cut off the big chrome muffler part, then welded 2 smaller pipes onto that and the larger ones with holes in them to the outside. My kids thought it would be cool to make it look like a machine gun so that's what I was after. Sorry I didn't do a step-by-step photo job but I just don't have the patience for that. Besides I was half thinking I was just screwing the whole thing up! ![]() Here's a video of how they sound. Hard to tell from the video, but they are quite a bit louder than stock, though a little quieter than my buddies' Cobras: New exhaust pipes - YouTube Thanks for all the positive feedback!
