When you do replace the R/R upgrade to a Mosfet R/R, your bike will run better. I got one, my headlight is brighter, the bike starts better and I get better gas mileage. My voltage dropped off more than yours(down to 12.8v) when the rpm's went up. If you run spot lights or heated clothes I would upgrade now, if not just wait till the one you have now goes bad.

I found this page today while researching what my stator is likely capable of in terms of wattage output. Looks to be a reasonable estimate of capacity and has some wattage estimates for other bike models as well. Looked to be a good resource when calculating powered accessories and whether your bike has the capacity to power to carry them.

Get this RR
and get all the benefits of the Mosfet RR, plus this regulator shuts off the stator when power is not needed. This saves the life of the stator, reduces engine drag and saves gas.
