The idea of the instrument cluster and speedo ont he tank is great. This problem for us tall guys is that it end up being out of the peripheral vision. And we end up pulling a Coop and riding 14 miles waiting for the real left turn.....

It's just like everything else on the bike when compared to a cage, your responsibility not the vehicles. My car balances itself, has a fuel gauge, blocks the weather, and turns my signals off. The bike doesn't so I do it for it. Hell I was going to install one of the back off units but I just tap my brakes a few times and get the same result.

This mod was a responsible thing for me. Yeah i know it's my responsibility to remember to kill it once I've made the corner.... how many of us got distracted during or just after negotiating the corner? I just put the light back into my vision field while my eyes are watching ahead fo me. Safe for me, safe for others around me. I like it. Besides..... how many cages you see going down the highway at 80+ signaling you that they are going to cross the median for the last 20 miles?....
