Easy Brackets for the Shadow RS - Review

I do not work for Great Bike Gear nor do I have any vested interest in the company. Custom accessories for the RS are not that easy to come by. Great Bike Gear is now selling Easy Brackets for the Honda Shadow RS. I now have a pair on my RS and here is my review:

Everything about this product is strong and made to last. The Easy Brackets are heavy and substantial. I like that the keyholes are covered when the key is removed and the Easy Brackets are keyed alike. The mounting posts are beautifully machined and look fine with the bags removed. The Easy Brackets make the bags stick out from the bike a little more than throwing them over the seat or hard mounting them, but they do allow the bags to be securely locked onto the bike and quickly removed with a key. You don’t need to put ugly, expensive bag supports on the bike. I can easily remove the bags to wash the bike or if I want to ride without the bags. I can also take the bags with me if I am parked in a less than secure area. The security, quality, strength and convenience make the Easy Brackets bag mounting system an excellent choice.
