So I did the wholesaw mod on my 03 600 vlx ai decided to remove the front baffle aswell the rear baffle is gone so I took the whole saw to the front baffle but I wont come out I assume there is a welded pipe behind it. Any ideas on removing it completly. I was thing getting 3/4 or 5/16 wholesaw and making another whole in it. Ideas. And sorry seach funvtion dont work on my phone.

Can you get at it from the other end????????? Did you cut all the way thru????

Yeah if your muffers are welded on, your kinda stuck. If you are useing a hole saw your can take enough bite out of it to break the guts loose, then it's just a matter of extraction. Trick is getting the pieces down to the size of the hole.
