Default Another exhaust mod question

So I did the wholesaw mod on my 03 600 vlx ai decided to remove the front baffle aswell the rear baffle is gone so I took the whole saw to the front baffle but I wont come out I assume there is a welded pipe behind it. Any ideas on removing it completly. I was thing getting 3/4 or 5/16 wholesaw and making another whole in it. Ideas. And sorry seach funvtion dont work on my phone.

Can you get at it from the other end????????? Did you cut all the way thru????

Yeah bit the tab that is behind the end baffle wont come out. I think its welded to a pipe that is welded where the muffler meets the header.

Yeah if your muffers are welded on, your kinda stuck. If you are useing a hole saw your can take enough bite out of it to break the guts loose, then it's just a matter of extraction. Trick is getting the pieces down to the size of the hole.

Im thinking of just cutting off the mufflers and welding new pipes to the stock headers. Would a chrome shop be able to chrome over the stock chrome headers?

Anyone know the outside diameter of the stock header pipe. Not near my bike.
