Had some issues starting my bike last week...finally got it going and now the headlight fuse was blown.I replaced the fuse and had no problems...I did start to keep the bike on a battery tender because I was away for a week. This morning I left for work and noticed while I was driving that it was out again.Could the battery tender be causing this or do I need to start looking for a chaffed wire in the harness etc.

Well, I checked the fuse ..it wasnt blown..I took apart the headlight and found the lowbeam burnt out..It does work on high it seems..I took the switch apart..no chaffed wires that I can see.The old bulb was 100/80w which is bigger than the manual calls for, I guess I'll try a new bulb and see if the fuse blows again.
