So I'm installing some 1 1/2 L.A. Chopper risers and they look good everything was going fine but now I need to tighten the bolts and my allen wrench is too long. What the heck am I supposed to do? I can only tighten from the bottom cuz the top has a "smooth top" feature.....do they make shorter ones? Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm on the final step but can't figure it out...here's a pic so you see what I'm talking about:

Cut it with a hack saw, a Sawzall, a cutoff wheel, or a die grinder. All of these option are easier if you have access to a bench vice.
You can even grind it down on a grinding wheel. Just be aware if you put it on a grinder it will get too hot to touch in real short order.

I would recommend cutting an allen wrench down. It is nice to have it if you ever want/need to adjust them later. That way you dont have to remove them from the bike everytime you want/need to adjust them....just speaking from experience....
