Has anyone seen or made their own heel-teo shifter. I have no clue why they cost so much when all it looks to me is another shifter weilded backwards onto the foward shifter. Might take time to get it to line up correctly with your foot but doesnt look to hard.
Might be wrong whats your opionion?

I checked the pictures of the shifters in the parts diagrams on bikebandit.com. The chain drive 750's don't have the same shifter arm design as the shaft drives. There is a raised portion on the outside of the shaft drive shifter arm that the heel shifter clamps around. On the chain drive models, this raised portion looks to be on the inside of the shifter arm. This would put the hill shifter too far inboard and it would end up hitting the motor case.

Just to chime in, I've seen H-D heel toe shifters and they are 2 piece, so you can set each one on the splined shaft just where you want them. Don't know if this helps, but just a thought. Good Luck.
