Default 2004 Sabre risers

Does anyone know what the biggest risers I can get for my Sabre? What I have on it now are kuryakyn 3 inch. I am looking for something with a pullback. But I don't want to change cables, just the risers.

Thanks in advance

What are you doing about the bars? With stock cables and bars you could probably get a way with a total increase of maybe 4" rise/pullback

4" isn't that much, I have 3" on it right now and want something a little higher. I was thinking possibly another 3 inches would work, maybe not. I think I might just have to dig into it and undo the bars from the risers then measure how much free play I will have.

3-4" of additional rise/pullback, NOT a 4" riser, were talking a 6"-7" riser here, maybe. Or say and 6" rise with 1" of pull or some other combo.

You won't be able to go too much more without new cables. You can get a couple more by routing cables and wiring behind the triple tree.

93gc40, So you think I should be able to get away with 4 rise 2-3 pullback? That is what I am actually looking for. I don't want too much. I feel like I am leaning forward to much. This would make it perfect for me.

I have a Sabre that I put Aeromach risers on with stock bars. 4" rise and 1 1/2" pullback. With stock cables it would pull the throttle open when the bars went full left and would pull the choke iff full choke is I moved the bars to the right. You may be able to use stock cables if you route everthing behind the triple tree.

I had the same issue when I added Cobra risers. I had everything installed and was loving the feel of the bars bring higher and closer then turned them. The motor reved up and it pulled the choke on. Bummer!!! I didn't want to invest in longer cables so I just put the stock risers back on.
