Default quickest way to remove slave clutch piston?

When rebuilding the clutch slave piston, whats the best way to pull the piston from the housing to rebuild? and also best way to re-insert?

The repair manual says that I HAVE to replace the sealing washers on the banjo bolt.....is that true? if so....where can I get those.

I have used the same washer many times. Just try to re-use it. If there is no leak, don't worry about that.

Beat me, to it^^^ Fingers work, fine, for popping it back in.

As a general rule of auto mechanics. You should never reuse seals, washers, and torqued fatseners and bearings. The banjo "seal" is just a plain copper or brass washer. Available at any hardware store, 10 for 50 cents. Do you have to replace no, but you should.
