18 mm spark plug socket

I bought one from Honda for $17 or so works like it should.

I ended up using the spark plug tool in the tool kit. And with a 17mm socket and ratchet on the exposed end it worked great. Got all the plugs tightened up nicely.
Thank god for the tool kit and this forum!

Not all sears. The one near me didn't . I went to every auto parts place around until i realized i had one in the tool kit duh!. I was prepared to buy online if necessary though.

That was me too. But whats funny is I can get to and remove/install two out of the four on my wifes ACE with my 18mm deep I currently have in my tool box and it also works on my AERO with no issues.

+1 for the Honda tool set. Looks cheap but they work.

My sears 18 mm worked on all except the left front as its so deep, but it was cos I ws using 1/2 to 3/8 adaptor and it caught on the edge, so I just inserted a 3/8 extension and it worked fine

I secong that!! When I took the spark plug tool out of the tool kit I thought wtf? But sure as Sh&t it worked like a charm. And with a 3" 3/8 extension and 17mm shallow socket it works great to tighten and loosen the spark plug tool.
