I am unbelievably lucky !! Took the bike out this morning, had to choke it to warm it up. Rode around town 40-45 mph. Bike was doing sort of OK but still occasionally sputtering, and lurching when I put a load on it. I stopped to have lunch with some friends. After lunch the bike would not stay running, then it refused to start at all. While discussing the issue with my friend Big Al he asked me where I got gas. I told him and he started laughing, he said "DON"T EVER buy gas there".
So, he took me to get a gallon of fresh good gas, bike started right up, no choke! I rode to a real gas station, filled it up. I took a good look into the tank, it is pristine, like brand new, much like the rest of the cycle, very clean. ........ The problem is completely gone !!! I'm skeptical by nature so I wouldn't believe it until I took it back out on the interstate for a good test. Bike is amazing, power to spare, no pops, no sputters, nothing but go. I was able to try WOT, wow - what a ride! Now the other part of this is that the biggest bike I had ever ridden before was my '72 Honda 500 Four, and my '96 Virago xv535. I got the ACE Monday night, took it out Tuesday morning and immediately put the bad gas in it. Since I wasn't used to the weight, and the power, I was riding very timidly. Didn't really know when to shift, unsure of the engine sounds. Well today with about 150 mi under my belt I crossed that mental line and "rode it like I stole it" so to speak. I am so happy.... Of course I know I will need to address the maintenance issues you all have offered, and I will have plenty of garage time soon, Missouri winter is coming fast. But for now I can enjoy that last bit of good riding weather. Thank you all for the help.

Except for the white on the tank + fender and the chrome radiator cover, I REALLY like the look of your bike. Go figure.
