ive decided to make a jig and cut out that portion and then some. considering the rest of the frame looks ok, il just fabricate a new peice and run some inspections on the rest of it. at the same time il keep my eyes open for a cheap frame. worst case scenario is i find a new frame, and gain more experience with the old one. il send some pics tomorow.

UPDATE, upon further inspection it turns out the frame is not bent, the rusted part of the tubing sort of caved in where the kickstand pushes up on it, seperating the metal on that side onl, the opposite side of the tubing or any of the mounting pieces have not moved. the mount dimensions of the engine stilll match up perfectly. so, il make a jig to hold all the plates on the rusted portion in place, cut off the damaged tube and fabricate a new one
