And your right Aced stock isnt gonna expand that much yet flex that much. Looks like you have 1/4-3/8" between the fender brace and the tire something had to get up there or scrape the side wall while going down the road.

My Ft tire actually made grooves in the support and caused the ft plastic fender to melt/dent and it wasnt apparent what caused it untill I pulled the whole thing off.

Could you have possibly rubbed it against a curb or something like that or maybe in the garage moving it in and out and not noticed?

My two cents worth is the bike looks mean with all black tires, but looks nice with the whitewall also, My thoughts lean to the all black tire.

In case anyone is interested, I found this company that makes different colors of tire paint. Ranger Tire Paint — Welcome Who knows what ind of combination a person could come up with.

Great post! I just finished Plasti dipping my bike. Just from my experience I believe the edge of that plastidip might have worked loose from the flexing of the tire. It does seem to peel off the tires a little harder then a smooth surface, but I just can't see your tire flexing that much!
