So I have come to the conclusion that my issues have to be something with my carbs. Even though I can't find any obvious problems the cylinder is flooding and not allowing the plugs to fire. And though I can't find anything wrong with my carbs I must admit that they do look like they have been dragged behind a truck or something.
Since I think I'll never be able to find a carb that I can afford to replace mine I was looking around for alternatives and have stumbled upon a set of carbs from a 2003 Shadow 750 that I think I can afford and will fit (physically). Meaning I think the inlets and outlets are in the right angles and since the displacement is very close, in my mind I can't see why they won't work, at least just to see if that is actually my problem. I do know that these carbs have some sort of coolant sensor that I will obviously have to plug or bypass but aside from that the only challenge I think will be the choke system, which I will just have to figure out. So anyway, does anyone see any reason why these carbs wouldn't work on my bike?
