It is a 84 VT700c.
I found it in the shop manual, it states a orange with white stripe and blue with white strip, but I am getting a constant 12 volts on these when the blinker switch is in the middle position...They will drop voltage when the switch is moved left/right depending which way for each wire but does not cycle/flash. So something seems backwards to me. In the middle position, I would think I should have no voltage and should have voltage when moved to left/right positions. I checked the relay by changing it to a different one, and it did not change anything. I also took the switch apart and cleaned everything, still no change. So I am not sure about the wiring however. As I mentioned before, I rewired the bike to relocate the bulk of the harness and I never saw a flasher or even a empty plug that a flasher should go.. |
