I made these this morning. Made from 316L stainless steel. Polished to a mirror finish. Like I said I just made them this morning so I don't have any grip tape on them yet. Thinking about an angled strip pattern. I didn't really put much thought into them, just decided to make 'em.

Just traced my shoe, came up with a shape, cut it, positioned it on the stock peg (rubber removed), drilled holes through the plate and peg, and attached.
