Default Baffles

HAVE A 2008 SHADOW AERO 750. iF I DRILL A 1/4 HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH BAFFLE WILL THE BIKE SOUND A LITTLE LOUDER .
I HAVE BEEN HESITANT TO TRY BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE TELL ME I WILL HAVE TO RE-JET THE CARBS, OR IT WILL BACK FIRE? ANYONE EVER DRILLED JUST A HOLE ? WHAT WAS THE OUT COME?
( NOT THE THE SAW MOD JUST DRILLED HOLES)

You should not NEED to rejet, assuming you don't need some adjusting now. You really shouldn't need to rejet till you change the headers or completly gut the mufflers. If you get pops you can probably adjust them away at the pilot screws.

Honestly u can drill holes but that really wont make that much of a difference. Just go ahead and do the holesaw mod where u completely remove the resonators. It sounds much better than stock but not too over the top. There should be no need to rejet bc u are really not changing the back pressure by removing the resonators. There are still baffles up inside the pipes. If u do get any backfiring u should be able to adjust it out no problem.
