Default How will these affect my ride?

I was wondering if anybody has used these or some like them and how they affected your ride. I know it will be rougher if i used these but just wondering how much because it would lower my bike and i think they look really good also would i need to lower the front end if i put these on

never ran them but I would tend to believe they would stiffen the ride up quite a bit, maybe someone else hear has run them and will chime in

Save your money and have someone hit you in the a$$ with a 2x4. You can probably find lowering.blocks or shorter shocks to lower the back end but going rigid is a bad idea IMHO. While.turning, especially at speed, your bike depends on the suspension to track correctly. You may not know it but in a turn at speed your back suspension is constantly working, dealing with the effects riding has on the bike like compressing from g force while turning, from the rear end wanting to rise under acceleration etc...to remove that from the equation will limit you as far as what speed you can safely turn the bike.

And its damn uncomfortable, you'll be able to run over a dime and tell if its heads or tails. Forward controls + big swept back bars = more weight on your butt, and its gonna take some punishment with a rigid rear end.

It makes your bike a hardtail. Definitely not for me.

Make sure you wear your cup if you install the hardtail conversion. Get dark underwear to mask the skidmarks.

There is a lowering kit out there like (Aced it) has for about $90.00.
or you can just replace them with with progressive shocks for a little more than double that.
And you probably will want to lower the front as well.
