That looks like a nice bike..If you haven't tried starting it yet don't..
Remove all the sparkplugs, put it in gear and gently rock it back and forward to see if the piston rings are stuck to the bores.. John.

If the guy started it up for you then you might get lucky. Change the gas change the gas filter and then fire it up to see what you got. If alls good change the fluids and take it for a run near your house for a few hours and see if anything messes up if not I'd say your good to go!!
