Default '05 Aero - Next - New Tires and .....?

Planning to get some Metzeler 880's put on this winter and was just curious, what else should be done since the wheels are off?

Is there any drive shaft maintenance that I should get done at the same time?

I would like to avoid having to take the wheels off again to get something done, that I could've done at the same time while replacing the tires.

Thanks and ride safe!

Hmm..

I would go with:

Brake pads (front and rear)
New, quality, bearings
Fork oil if you're feeling ambitious

Thanks Imp. I could've sworn I saw something a while back regarding some kind of lubrication or something for the shaft while the wheel was off.

I may have been drunk though and made the whole thing up in my head too.

just spead a little Moly Paste on the splines (between the gears ) that drives the wheel. it doesn't take much. (use gloves)

Seal the rims and go tubeless.
