Floorboards for '99 750 ACE

I just got some money for my b-day and decided I wanted to get some floorboards. I typically do a ton of research online when buying anything and this was no different. I wanted to share some interesting info I found out to maybe save someone else the hassle I went though in my decision process. Apparently the '98 and '99 750 ACE bikes have something different about them which limits availability of some options.

1) Even though I found a site saying they had the Cobra Swept floorboards for front and rear, Cobra does not make passenger floorboards regardless of style (as per Cobra customer service).

2) Kuryakyn does not have the necessary splined adapters for their boards (therefore no boards from them will work). Their site shows a couple of options if you enter one of these bikes as being "your bike" on their site. This was directly from their online support folks.

I also found very few pictures of one of these bikes with floorboards on them (lots of the later year ACEs) so if anyone wants to see any, shoot me a PM.
