If you are not using the Choke on Cold Days, you need to. When I had my Sabre, i had to run Full Choke to start in cold weather, back to half until the engine warmed, then off. That is all weather dependent. I put different pipes and dial a jet in mine, then I didn't need the choke left on as much.

I just had my battery load tested at Auto Zone. They told me that it reads at 400 under load. I am told that it is just about at the yellow area, but it is still in the green and good. I then took it to my Honda dealer to load test and they say my battery is good.

I wonder if this is really nothing more than needing to use my enricher in the cooler weather. I figure after the bike is warmed up you don't need the enricher.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I went back and reviewed my starting procedures. Frankly, I figured that once the engine was warmed up, I didn't need to use the enricher/choke. It seems that I really do need to use it depending on the outside tempature. I'll do some experimenting.
