Looking to get more leg room from my Spirit 750. I have seen some kits available to extend the foot controls forward.
Has anyone else done this? How did it work out? Any safety issues i should be aware of? Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Motorcycle.com Free App |

They helped with my old knees cramping. The only safety issue I had was putting my feet to the original peg position a couple times starting out when I first installed them.

Awesome mod. Makes all the difference, far as safety? Aside from missing the pegs like ^ he said. None what so ever.

You can find some good forward extensions on scoot mods, I got mine for about 150 with shipping. Easy to put on only draw back is you may have to remove your exhaust which may mean you'll have to replace your crush gaskets/washers.
