Silly question, but is it posible to re-chrome aftermarket pipes?
I love the look of my Cobra Fishtails, but after barely a year of use, I noticed they're starting to rust! This doesn't look like something just on the outside of the pipes either. So, is it possible to get it refinished? Or is it even worth the expense?

It's possible to re-chrome anything that's been chromed before. However...the cost for a good quality chrome job might not be worth it. Many states have few to no chrome shops due to VERY strict EPA standards, and if you send it to a place like ChromeMasters (where we send our shop stuff) then it will cost a pretty penny...but it will look AMAZING!
Usually people only bother with re-chroming if the part is very old and/or very rare. If a duplicate replacement is available, that is usually the better way to go. You might want to contact Cobra and see what might be covered by your warranty. We had a customer bike that had the chrome peeling off their Vance and Hines exhaust after a year, and they replaced it.

That's what concerns me. From what I've been told by a couple of people (one works at a dealer), Cobra warranty is garbage. Plus with this item being "discontiued" for a couple of years now... it's hard to say.
