Default clutch replacement Shadow ace deluxe 2003

I am having to replace the clutch on my 2003 Honda Shadow 750 ace deluxe.I am mechanically inclined, and was wondering if someone can tell me what special tools may be necessary to replace this clutch, before I tear it down.
I need a repair manual for this bike. Honda says $60.00. Anyone have cheaper way out? Maybe someone could e-mail me an exploded view of the clutch assy?

Thanks for any assistance I can obtain.

Default Clutch replacement

Just curious. Why do you have replace a clutch on so new of a motorcycle? Your bike has wet clutch(it's in the same oil as your engine crankcase). If you use a energy saving oil, it will cause the clutch to slip. If you change the oil to a oil meant for wet clutch's, the slipping will go away after 2 or 3 oil changes.

+1 What kind of oil are you running through your bike?

The Clymer book has worked for me for years. I use it for my ol' GL1100, and I just picked one up from Honda for the 1100C2. I believe it was about $32 from the local parts department.

This bike has 32,000 miles. Idrive 135 miles a day. I ran valvoline oil made for wet clutches for last oil change. I haven,t noticed any improvement. In fact it has slightly worsened. I just purchased this bike last year and don,t know why it is slipping at a young age. I don,t ride that aggressive either.
How many miles should one get before having to replace this clutch. I know it can,t be exact, but approximate range of miles?
I can,t see the name of who sent me an exploded view, but thanks!
Appreciate all your responses!

Default Clutch

Wet clutch's last a long time if the oil is correct and is changed on time. I would give it another oil change and see what happen's. Is your clutch hydraulic or mechanical and if it's mechanical, is the cable adjusted properly? There shoudl be a bit of free play in the clutch lever before you feel resistance.

When you change the oil next/now use Shell Rotella-T.

Until May I was riding 100 miles a day and have 44,000 miles on my '06 Aero.
I'd bet it's the oil you're using.
When I switched brands the clutch felt completely different.

Make sure you have some slack in the clutch cable at the lever, about 1/8" to 1/4".
