Hi-Way Bars, Engine Guards, Freeway Bars, - call 'em what you like - but I can't seem to find a standard set anywhere to fit a 1983 VT750C. If anyone know a vendor or manufacturer, please let me know who they are. Thanks

Nope.

You're on your own. You might be able to find a set of "old stock" from the 80s... but I wasn't able to find a new supplier (which isn't to say they aren't out there... but I looked for a long time.) I traded a set to a HS.net member a few years back...

if you're just looking for highway "pegs", there are a myriad of clamp on pegs that will fit... but you're gonna need a heat shield on the front pipe.
