I changed my brake pads, installed s speed bleeder and bleed my brakes... 14,000 miles(two years). I strutted around telling my wife. While impressed, she had no idea what I was talking about. I felt a need to let this discussion group know... Without this group, I would have never had the courage or knowledge to get this done. Who would have ever known of a speed bleeder? Wow... how easy. I had done wrench work on my Volkswagen beetle as a youth-- "how to fix your volkswage for a complete Idiot" was my guide. I'm back again with my bike thanks to this forum and the internet. Thanks to all.

Yes, this place is always good for a few short cuts that make the job go much easier. I've done everything but remove the engine from the frame on my bike from reading this forum. It's a vast book of knowledge and soemtimes better than a shop manual in some cases. Ride on!
