Bike set for 9 days. I took her out this morning and she didn't want to start. After warming up (which she never seemed to), she kept stalling everytime I stopped and never got over 45 mph.
Prior to this she was running perfect. Which could it be?

Definitely the carbs. Get some Seafoam carb cleaner and put about 1/2 can to a full tank of gas and you'll probably be ok. Fuel lines don't generally get gunked up bad enough to cause problems. I like to put Seafoam or Stabil in my gas when ever I think the bike is going to be sitting ideal for more then a few days.
