i have a VT1100 96' and i want to change the rear shocks with something smaller in order to lower a bit my rear end. i know that the rear shocks of the Suzuki Savage 650 is a perfect match but they are nowhere to be found. Does anyone know with what else i could replace my shocks or maybe from where i could buy those of savage.

You do know that a Suzuki Savage weighs about half as much as an 1100. You can't just arbitrarily switch shocks between bikes just by their length. There are aftermarket shocks like Progressive that make shorter shocks or there are places that will cut your stock shocks down.

Progressive makes a 11" shock which is a 1/2 inch shorter than yours, that 1/2 will give you abut 1 1/2 inch drop but you will loose total damping length.
