Default Need to find 38 tooth count sprocket

I tried to search for a 38 tooth sprocket for my 2003 ACE. Having problems. I have Cobra Exhaust, stage 2 jet kit about to be installed along with K&M high flow air filter. Staying with 17 count for the front. Now with all of that would a 37 tooth take away from my low end power? Getting new chain 525x120 O-ring, verifying that it is the correct length also. So questions I have:
1. 38 or 37 for rear sprocket?
2. 525x120 correct size?
3. (Most important) Where to get sprocket.

Thank you for your time.

This is where I got my sprocket:
JT Rear Steel Sprocket 38T VT750 Shadow Spirit 01-07: eBay Motors (item 220637168701 end time Nov-10-10 13:28:40 PST)

This is where I got my chain:
525 O-Ring Chain with 120 Links - Black

These are the cheapest prices I have found anywhere.
37t is really hard to find. You might ask that ebay dealer if he has some.
I went from a 41t to a 38t and I dont notice low end power loss just top speed gain.
I couldnt imagine 1 more tooth changing things too much.

My 750SA came with a 38 from the factory, so Honda should have.
