Default Non- ethanol gas

Just for your information, a gas station on Alt. 19 in Tarpon Springs Fla. has non-ethanol gas. It's a little north of Klosterman rd. on the east side of the road. It's not open at night or on Sunday's and I don't know how long they can sell it, but ,I filled up there recently and my bike runs better on the stuff. Tony Spirit.

something else that'll help you is Marvels Mystery oil..

I carry a bottle in the trunk of the wing and usually in a pack when the shadow was running

Anyway, open the tank, then the bottle put your thumb over the mouth of the bottle, align up with the filler hole and let your thumb go for one "GLUG"

Thats roughly JUST enough of a mix, once your fuel is in and the MMO is mixed in to be highly beneficial for our bikes

It'll make a hell of a difference too, just beware if you put TOO much in (which really isnt so bad either) you'll get a neat minty smelling whiteness out of your exhaust, and this may happen when you start too its not something to be worried about, its normal

Just EXACTLY what difference do you think it makes ??

It is just OIL; not really much different than ATF.
It will give you some extra upper cylinder and valve lubrication but that's about all. It might increase the octane rating just a tad too.

As for making the bike run better..........highly doubtful. If it really DOES, then there is something wrong that you need to get fixed.

To piggy back locations of non ethanol gas, there is a station near the water, just south of Palm Harbor on Alt 19 that also has it. I think it was $4.01 a gallon this weekend.

Your best answer will be found in the "FUELOLOGY" sticky in the tech area of the forum. A very interesting read.

Ethanol contains about a third less energy than gasoline; you can figure the theoretical impact from there -- 10% ethanol means 3% less MPG. Actual impact will be slightly more because our fuel distribution system is polluted with ethanol -- concentration is actually 2% to 5% higher than stated on the pumps. (That includes "ethanol-free" gas, btw.)
