I got a flat twice on the rear, and both times they replaced the tube. There's no patching or repairing a motorcycle innertube like on a bicycle. When the tube is punctured or damaged, you replace it......end of story!
With that said, when installing new tires, new tubes are in order too. I wouldn't even think of re-using an old tube. The tube is probably the weakest link; why take a chance with your life?
