It is normal. But "a saftey issue" a big "NO" just more dealer BS.
not sure why he couldnt just say "it is normal" and leave it at that.
i guess he had to say somthing to show you his IQ or not.
kind of a typical dealer stupid response. especially Service Managers
they are the worst. most are not even mechanics just salesmen. and poor ones at that.
