When the antifreeze is drained and refilled, there is air that gets trapped in the engine until it gets warm enough for the thermostat to open. Bleeding refers to running the engine long enough for the thermostat to open then topping off the fluid. What I usually do is run the engine until the fan turns on then shut it down, remove the radiator cap and top off the fluid.

I don't have a 750 so I can't walk you through the process for your bike. I would suggest investing in a Honda shop manual for your bike and just follow the directions in the manual. Honda does an excellent job on their manuals so it is well worth the investment.

By the way, remember that you must use Honda antifreeze in your bike as the stuff you buy at the auto parts store will have silica in it and will ruin your water pump.
