Yeah California, where you can go into a shop and BUY new pipes and jets. BUT, do to the California EPA and the Fed EPA rules, that same shop MIGHT not install them, for you. And if they do the work, they charge between $75-$150 per hour for the service.

Hey Dean. I sent you a PM. Let me know what you think. I can be around for a while on Saturday. If you have the time, we can take a look.

Ron

Gas comming out the overflow means the floats are stuck or out of adjustment. Could be a "simple" as pulling and reinstalling the carbs, if stuck. But you'll still have to open them up to verify the floats are installed and adjusted correctly.

I know Whittier Fun Center does carbs. They not only work on Hondas, but other bikes as well. It really depends on what you want done to your carbs, but to tell the truth, rebuilding them is not that difficult. Even setting them back up and synchronizing them isn't all that big of a deal. You might consider doing it yourself if you're handy. Especially since all of the shops in southern California think that motorcycles are gold plated, if you get my drift.

As far as re-jetting, I don't know if they'll do it or not. Best to just call them and quiz them a bit.

What kind of bike do u have? i have my downloadable manual for a vlx i can send u if u have the same bike. I know a few really good shops by Reseda and Topanga. Not exactly nearby, but worth the drive in my opinion.
