I have absolutely no idea where that is, my advice is find a big church or mall parking lot on google maps.

Go out to Folsom Lake at Granite Bay.
They have several lots to choose from.
After you are done practicing, ride out to Beaks Bite. It's a FANTASTIC way to spend the morning.
Link below is a map of that area. You can zoom in and out, and switch to satelite view.
Both my bikes are torn down right now or I would go with you.

Park Rd to Unknown road - Google Maps

P.S. Weekdays would be your best bet.

If you are still looking ,,, AeroJet General owns hugh unused parking lots. Same with McClellan Air Park...
Church parking lots are good on weekdays.
