You're gonna love it there. Beale is at the edge of the Sierra foothills. Just a short hop to the east is highway 49 with all of it's gold rush era towns. Spidering off of 49 are loads of twisty roads that are a motorcyclist dream.

What a great MOS!!

Welcome to Northern Cali. I retired from AF at Beale and still work there. You'll love the 9 plus months of the year riding.

You are going to be very close to some awesome roads!!!!

I highly recommend you leaving Beale heading west on Hwy 20, then take Hwy 16 south to Interstate 505. About ten miles down 505, you get off in Winters, and take Hwy 128 to Lake Berryessa. Thats my local stomping grounds...

Or, you can leave Beale heading west on Hwy 20, all the way to Clearlake...but I got to warn you that, during the hot months, Clearlake stinks. I think its like Greenland - not really green. Well, Clearlake isnt really clear...

I dont have mine completely built yet, but should be done in a few weeks. If you ever want to go for a ride, Id be down for riding up to Winters to meet you...Id be coming from San Francisco... Hit me up if interested!
