I live in West Covina and took my first interstate ride and my longest distance ride to date. I took a ride with my cousin to Balboa Island in Newport Beach. It was a bit windy on the interstate but all in all it was a great ride.

6 hour ride has been my longest ride. Unfortunately I did it on my sport bike and was very uncomfortable. I had to get up every 100 miles for blood flow back to a sensitive area or I would have numbness and pain a little later. I got to 150 miles and stood up on the pegs to stretch and pain hit me so hard I lost my breath and had to pull over and walk it out. I could ride out a tank of fuel on my old Virago but not on a Ninja. I will probably make a 10 hour drive one way this summer on my new to me Shadow.
