Oh I figured so. I was yanking her chain a little. I just didn't want her thinking all those people were going when they were talking about last year. LOL

Hopefully hitting it tomorrow around 3 when they open up. We went Sunday last year and there was next to no room to walk around. So maybe this will be early enough to walk around and enjoy it.

Was there today (Sunday) at 9:30 and all was good until about Noon then the crowds hit. Finally left at 1 as it was just too crowded.
Probably go back to doing early Saturday next year. Does it seem that the number of booths and displays keeps shrinking every year? |

The vendors are not what they were in the past; I suspect a large part of it has to do with the economy. I agree - Honda's display seemed somewhat small as compared to years past; Kawasaki (I LOVE the Vaquero! I will give this bike some serious thought when the time comes and I have the $$$), Suzuki, Yamaha and Star all had nice displays. There were not as many HD models on display as I have seen in prior shows.
It was nice to see Victory back there this year (I really want a Victory even more now than before) and another nice showing by Triumph. Got there around the same time as you did, windsoto and by 1:00 we were also gone - the crowd was getting over-whelming; seems like they compressed the entire floor size of the show this year. Overall, I would give it a "B-/C+" grade, but I think I may skip the show next year and plan a weekend in Columbus instead for the Easy Riders show. |

We got there at 3:45 on Friday and were done by 6ish when it started to get crowded and the strollers started coming in. Definitely seemed like there were a lot less vendors than in the past. Still had a good time.
