Clark's Outpost - Tioga Tx

Took a nice ride in North Texas yesterday (March 6th). Started in Mesquite at Beltline and 80, Headed east a couple of exits and picked up FM 740 up thru Heath and Rockwall. Grabbed 205 up to 78 and headed North past Farmersville and on up to FM 121. Then Headed West to Tioga. The little stretch of FM 121 was a nice combination of hills, sweeps and twisties with very little traffic to worry about. Once in Tioga we sat down to a great plate of BBQ at Clark’s Outpost. It was well worth the trip. The brisket melted in your mouth and the ribs were lip smackin good!

bbq and riding just go together, and when its in a small town by backroads its even better

We logged right around 170 miles for the round trip.

Best ribs in the metroplex, and I've tried them all. Try North Main bbq in Euless next time, for the best all around bbq

Also, do the ride to Babes Chicken Dinner House in Sanger. You will thank me!

Also, please note that there is a Babe's in Garland as well. It's on the corner of Garland Rd and Beltline Rd.

True, but the ride up in Sanger takes it by far.
