Anyone going to the Woodstock Fair - Honda Shadow Forums : Shadow Motorcycle Forum

The Woodstock fair is this weekend in CT, of the 50 or so little town fairs held in CT this time of year, this one has always been my favorite, will probably be there sat, sun and for awhile Mon, but not all day, hitting Devil's Hop Yard and Gillette's Castle.

Don't forget to hit the "We-Li-Kit" Ice cream stand in Abington. Those hot waffle cones are amazing!

Spent most of Sunday at Woodstock. Always a good time and plenty of food. Go every year.

I also spent most of Sunday there, ate way too much to even think about stopping for ice cream on the way home, but since it's only around 20mi from my house, and I have never been there, will make a point to take a ride over with the wife.. thx for the tip
there were a couple of occ bikes there, first time I've seen a S&S motor up close .. impressive

funny the 2 guys that seemed to be familiar with the fair or the area are from MA,

Have been going to the Woodstock fair since the mid 80's. Haven't missed a year since. It's about an hour ride for me with no highway so it makes for a nice day. Always over eat every time we go. By the way, you don't have to stop on the way home, they have a Ben & Jerry's booth at the fair.

yes My wife pointed that out to me.

an hr no highways, not bad time..... that's an hr to hit the traffic right, cus that last 1/2 mile took me 20min. came in from the other side rt171

No BBQ Chicken this year Dang! so that's it, don't like "Boy Scouts" anymore, they won't cook me chicken, I'm not watching their dumb dances!
