Hello Everyone,
Terry at one point mentioned the possibility of a spring gathering. I am resurrecting that discussion... lets see who is interested and if we can agree on a central location for all interested to meet. Are there any takers? For those of you who haven't seen me around in a while, between a change in job responsibility, projects around the house and great riding weather, I just havent been online. Terry's idea of meeting some of the people from the forum is a great one and I look forward to doing something... Lets hear from the rest of you!! The Rev ~

Well, you know that at least I like the idea.
I was out your way last weekend and may be coming through sometime late next week on the return leg of a 3-4 day run. Not sure about that yet. Let's see if we have any other interested riders and where they're from. Maybe central MA would be good? Or how about at The Vanilla Bean Cafe in Pomfret, CT? Lots of riders seem to like that place. Like your new siggy. Terry |

The Vanilla bean sounds good to me. I have never been there, but the menu looks good!

Terry,
Are you thinking of this coming weekend (12th) or father's day weekend? This coming weekend I am hoping to get to Laconia of my riding buddies get their issues in order. Father's day weekend I have to play by ear. As we get closer I will be able to commit. Hope your racking up the miles. I did 300 last weekend....

Trebuchet, I haven't visited the Vanilla Bean yet either, but lately I've been participating a little bit in a New England riders' forum and many of the riders seem to favor the place. It's a long ride for me, there and back, but I'd be willing to give it a try.
Rev, I was in Amherst last weekend visiting the family and will be there next Wednesday or Thursday (I'm guessing), but just overnight. I'll be riding through on the way back to the Cape on the return leg of a NY and VT tour. I've been trying to rack up the miles, but 'till now, it's been kind of spotty. Good job on your recent 300. If either of you are interested in the New England riders' forum I mentioned, send me a PM for a link. They seem to be a fine group and have plenty of activities. |
