Not always raining, just cloudy 80% of the time. .
But eastern washington has complete opposite weather.

Sedro-Woolley..here Got in a wonderful run up to Washington Pass on Highway 20 yesterday, chilly at the top but oohh so nice to finally get out on my Shadow.

I live right by the mountain loop highway and seen 100s of bikers enjoying the ride for me today. I was jealous. Hope everyone took advantage of today
