Try these guys...I bought my bike there and they seem pretty good. I like them but I usually service my bike myself. North Carolina Honda Suzuki ATV Motorcycle Dealer - Sport Cycles Rockingham - rockinghamcycle They are located in/near Hamlet. Worth a trip out there anyway, even if you just want to shop. PM me when you are going and I might meet ya!

Good luck!

Thanks all,
Jim, that shop is probably what I need. I was looking for a shop some of you use and can recommend , I don't want to look in the phone book or pick some random google search.

I service my bike by myself too but there are a few things I can't do at home plus the goldwing was sitting for 3 years and I want a good shop to go through it and get it to run. It was in good running condition but may need a new clutch and a few Lil electric things, anyways Ty all for helping, much appreciated .

Sorry I'm just seeing, but I'm in Holly Springs and can say there's nothing super close to me, but here are a few with my opinions

1 biker's boulevard - near Angus Barn on 70. friendly staff, good work, but primarily work on harley. They are going out of business so if you want some accessories, helmets or other clothing check them out soon
Biker's Boulevard :: Raleigh, NC :: Custom Concepts for your bike

2. J&D Cycles - in Morrisville on the back side of Cary. Small shop, but guy knows his stuff and is good. Works on most people's Honda's that I know.

3. Team Powersports - in Garner and Smithfield, I've been to the one in Garner. The entire staff seems to know what they're doing. I've had my bike serviced there several times (mainly because I didn't i know about J&D at the time). I'll probably be back there soon since I have to get my bike towed. Don't actually buy a used bike from them cause they don't seem to offer much wiggle room. I bought a Sabre from a guy off CL for $1500 then they wanted for a bike with less miles and literally all records.

Go to any reliable shop and buy Honda service manuals for both of your bikes.

Takes the worry about getting good service.

I would suggest Triangle Auto & Cycle repair in Raleigh. He's a local guy and does good work. trianglerepairandtow.com

Although I live south of Garner, I use the Team Powersports shop in Smithfield. Back in the early 90s I had an unhappy service experience with the Garner location and avoided them for years other than to buy my annual oil filter. I can recommend the Smithfield location. In fact, my son's '85 Nighthawk 650 is in their shop now for some work.
